Ultra-high field 950 MHz NMR platform
Our ultra-high field strength NMR instrument supports the highest resolution studies. When paired with a sensitive CryoProbe™, the platform delivers fast and versatile investigation and characterization of small molecules, impurities, and metabolites.
The high sensitivity of the instrument enables minimal acquisition time, and enables multi-dimensional experiments for assignments and dynamics of macromolecules.
700 MHz NMR platform
Ideal for screening applications, our 700 MHz platform has the flexibility of both proton and fluorine configurations. Use for 1H-based experiments, such as STD and LOGSY protein-ligand screening, or with 19F probe in, for example, fragment-based drug design, HOESY experiments.
Fitted with a high-capacity SampleJet Autosampler, the 700 MHz platform enables automated analysis of large sample numbers for protein-ligand screening or metabolomics.
600 MHz NMR platform
Use our 600 MHz NMR platform for fast and accurate structural elucidation of small molecules with the highly sensitive 13C CryoProbe™ and BACS Autosampler. The platform and probe combination enables assignment and definitive through-bond determination of C-C connectivity in proton-poor compounds.
Our team can use 2D INADEQUATE or 1D selective-INADEQUATE to provide detailed connectivity and coupling constants.
In addition to NMR, our team is well-equipped for additional analytical studies involving:
