Eremid Genomic Services is pleased to announce a new partnership with Cellazon to make its PathwayPersona™ platform available to pharmaceutical and biotechnology R&D teams. The partnership pairs Cellazon’s automated pathway analysis with Eremid’s high-quality single-cell RNA sequencing to help teams investigate treatment resistance, disease recurrence, and novel therapeutic targets.
Through this partnership, Eremid will generate the patient-derived scRNA-seq data that powers PathwayPersona’s analysis of cell-to-cell communication. By mapping the signaling between tumor, immune, and stromal cells, the platform helps prioritize candidate therapeutic targets and biomarkers.
Eremid supports clients from study design through clinical work, scaling from small studies to large ones as programs progress.
